With 16 softcopy workstations, WAM has the capacity to handle data extraction projects of all sizes; 6 SSK, 6 Socet Set, 1 DVP, and 1 VROne workstation. WAM operates a dual-shift environment, bringing projects from contract to completion quickly and efficiently. WAM also has surge capacity for projects with exceptionally tight time tables.
Lead by certified photogrammetrists, our analysts efficiently extract and classify features and attributes. Planimetric data is collected in stereo, data sets such as buildings, infrastructure and temporal changes in land use and land cover. These data sets are extracted directly into GIS-ready formats as well as traditional CAD formats.
Our team employs automated image correlation software to support terrain extraction. A true Digital Terrain Model (DTM) is created by combining image correlation with manual collection of break-lines. With this DTM, topographic maps, shaded relief maps, cross sections, profiles, and other geospatial data sets are generated.
